It’s a bootloader / installer for Synology DSM 7.x on x86-64 platform.
Something to be informed.
- the USB stick you make for installation shall be used for booting. It means you cannot choose installation disk. So i used nvme drive as USB stick to make bootable image, then, installed it at internal connector.
- In my case, the system performance was not very reliable. Sometimes quite slow. I have no idea why.
- In fact, it’s platform dependent. So you gotta well choose the right platform while installation
- But bootloader can be upgraded via internet at boot screen.
